Reproduction Rights
The Frederick and Frances Sommer Foundation requests the information below when
considering reproduction requests for publishing. This process keeps the Sommer
Foundation informed about projects including work by Frederick Sommer.
Inquiries may be forwarded to either the PO Box or
email.

A representation or reference source for the image(s) may be requested so
correct orientation can be checked, as this has been a recurring problem.

Credit line: © Frederick & Frances Sommer Foundation.
Without specific prior approval:
- No cropping or guttering of image
- No use in electronic media
- No use on cover of publications
- No text imposed over image
- No use as a retail item - including museum calendars, posters, note cards, etc.
Once the project is complete and the images have been reproduced, the Foundation
always requires two copies of the publication be sent gratis to:
